KÄLLA was founded in Copenhagen with a desire to strip away the noise from the coffee industry. We work exclusively through Direct Trade partnerships, ensuring our farmers are paid far above fair-trade baselines.
Our roast style is pale and precise. By clean convection heating, we never bake or over-roast the green coffee, leaving the delicate organic acids, floral aromas, and sweetness perfectly intact. From origin to extraction, the route remains pure.
